Job Title: Payroll Administrators
Duration: Approximately 5 Weeks
Start: Immediate
Hours: 08:30 – 17:00 (some flexibility may be available) Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £12.82- £14.10phr DOE
Working Pattern: Remote working, with a requirement to attend the office as needed
Our client is seeking two temporary administrators to join their customer service team on an immediate basis for a short-term assignment of approximately five weeks.
The successful candidates will be responsible for reviewing, analysing, and correcting payroll-related data to ensure accuracy and compliance. Working closely with internal teams and customers, they will play a key role in maintaining data integrity while delivering a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyse payroll data to identify discrepancies and errors
• Make necessary corrections and updates to ensure accuracy of records
• Deal with customer queries in a professional and timely manner
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate documentation and system records
Requirements:
• Previous experience working within a payroll environment (e.g. Payroll Administrator or similar role)
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to analyse data and resolve discrepancies effectively
• Confident communication skills with experience in customer-facing interactions
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
